1. What the service is
Remo rebuilds websites for small businesses. The work is performed by automated software — an AI agent — supervised by a human operator. We rebuild a site using material already published by the business: photographs, business name, address, phone number, services, hours, and reviews from public listings. We do not create fictional testimonials, awards, certifications or credentials.
Two plans are offered:
- Monthly ($49 USD per month). We host and maintain your website and make the edits you request. Service continues until cancelled.
- One-time purchase ($399 USD). You receive the website's source files and full ownership of them, plus three months of hosting with us so you can move the site. Ongoing edits are not included.
2. Unsolicited proposals
We may rebuild a business's website before contacting that business, and send a link to the result. This is a proposal, not a service you ordered, and it carries no cost and no obligation whatsoever.
Every proposal page displays a permanent notice stating that it is an unsolicited proposal, that it is not the business's official website, and that we are not affiliated with the business. Proposal pages are not submitted to search engines for indexing.
Removal on request. If you ask us to delete a proposal made for your business, we will delete it and stop contacting you. Requests sent to remove@remobuilds.com are honoured within one business day. No explanation is required.
A proposal never modifies, accesses or replaces your existing website. We have no access to your hosting, your domain registrar, or your email. Your current website remains untouched unless you personally choose to redirect your domain.
3. Content and rights
Material used in a proposal is taken from sources the business itself has made public. When you purchase a plan, you confirm that you hold the rights to the photographs, text, logos and other material appearing on your existing website and listings, and you grant us permission to use that material to build and host your site.
If you notify us that any material was included in error, or that you lack rights to it, we will remove it promptly.
On the monthly plan, we retain ownership of the website's code and design while your subscription is active, and you hold a licence to use it. On the one-time purchase, ownership of the delivered files transfers to you on payment. Your own content — photos, text, business information — always remains yours, on either plan.
4. Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Monthly subscriptions are charged on the same day each month until cancelled.
- One-time purchases are charged once. There is no recurring charge.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
- If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If it remains unpaid, the site may be suspended after a reasonable notice period.
We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice sent to the email address on your account. Your existing rate is never changed retroactively.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time. There is no contract and no minimum term. You may cancel by replying to any email from us or by using the billing link in your receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the service until then.
30-day refund. If you are not satisfied, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. This applies to both plans. For the one-time purchase, a refund ends your licence to use the delivered files.
After the first 30 days, monthly payments already made are not refunded, but you will not be charged again once you cancel.
On cancellation of a monthly plan we will keep your site online for 14 days so you can move or replace it, then remove it. You may request your files at any time before that.
6. Your domain and your email
Your domain name remains registered in your name, in your account, at your registrar. We never take ownership or control of it. To point a domain at a site we host, only web records (A and CNAME) change. We do not modify mail records, so your email continues to work exactly as before. You make these changes yourself, or we guide you through them step by step.
If you prefer not to change your domain settings, we can host your site at an address we provide instead.
7. What we ask of you
You agree not to use a site we build or host to publish unlawful content, to infringe another party's rights, to sell regulated products you are not licensed to sell, or to make claims about your business that are untrue. We may suspend or remove a site that violates this, and will tell you why.
8. Availability and limits of the service
We aim to keep hosted sites available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting depends on third-party infrastructure that can fail or be interrupted for maintenance.
We make no promise that a new website will increase your sales, your search ranking, or the number of calls you receive. Website results depend on many factors outside our control.
Edits are made by automated software. It can misunderstand a request or make a mistake. If something comes out wrong, tell us and we will correct it — every published version is saved, so a change can always be undone.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, for a violation of section 7, or if we are required to by law. Except where immediate action is required, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the problem. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid period.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
12. Governing law
Remo is operated from Mexico; the address above is our mailing address in the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in the place where you live.
