What does Remo need to get started?
Your current website's address. Remo reads it, your photos and your public listing; nothing else is asked before you see the first version.
Do I have to pay to see my site?
No. One full build of your own website is free; you pay only to keep it online.
Can I request changes?
Yes, in the chat, in your own words. Every change is a version; undo is always there.
How fast will I see the new design?
The first version takes minutes, not weeks. The figures on the How it works page come from real builds.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. Two DNS records at your registrar, with a visual guide for your provider. Remo never asks for passwords and never touches your email records.
Will this affect my business email?
No. The DNS guide marks the rows that are your email and leaves them alone.
Do you build sites for anyone who pastes a URL?
The preview shows what Remo found; the full build is for the business that owns the address, checked by a code to your mailbox, a DNS record or a line in your site.
What if I change my mind?
Cancel any month. The refund window on the first payment and the days your site stays online after canceling are written in the terms, read from the same config the checkout uses.
