Acceptable use

Version 2 · effective October 19, 2026

What a site we build or host may not be used for. We remove what breaks these rules and tell the owner why; a site removed for a violation is not refunded (see refunds).

1. Not allowed

• Unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Claims about the business that are untrue: credentials, awards, reviews or testimonials the business does not have. Remo never writes these; a site edited to add them is removed.
• Selling regulated products or services without the license the law requires where the business operates.
• Malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, or pages that impersonate another business, a government office or a person.
• Hate, harassment, or content that endangers anyone.
• Using the preview to rebuild a website you do not own. A full build requires proof of ownership; a preview of someone else's site is removed on their request.
• Automated use of the chat, the preview or the build to exhaust the service: each site has a fair-use ceiling on changes (200 a day, 600 a month) and reaching it pauses the chat.

2. Your material

You confirm that the photographs, text, logos and other material on your current website and listings are yours to use. If you learn that something on your site is not, tell us and we remove it; someone else's claim is handled under the copyright policy.

3. What we do

We may suspend or remove a site that violates this policy. Except where immediate action is required by law or to protect visitors, we give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first. The decision is reviewed by a person.

4. Reporting

To report a site we host, write to hello@remobuilds.com with the address of the page and what is wrong. A person reads every report.
