Terms of Service

These terms govern the website rebuilding service operated under the name Remo ("Remo", "we", "us") by Remo, an individual with business activity registered in MX. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to them. Viewing a preview we built for you creates no obligation.
1. What the service is
Remo rebuilds websites for small businesses. The work is performed by automated software, an AI agent, with a person reviewing it. We rebuild a site from material the business itself already published: photographs, business name, address, phone number, services, hours, and reviews from public listings. We do not create fictional testimonials, awards, certifications or credentials.
2. Plans and prices
- Free preview. One full build of your own website, free, with up to 10 changes by chat. The preview stays online for 7 days after it is built; its files are removed 30 days after that unless you keep the site with a plan.
- Starter ($49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year). We host and maintain 1 website on your domain and make the edits you request. Service continues until canceled.
- Pro ($99 USD per month, or $990 USD per year). The same for up to 2 websites, with priority in the build queue, 3 motion heroes a month and a monthly refresh of your reviews.
- Own the files ($399 USD, one time). Offered inside your account and to businesses we wrote to: you receive the website's source files and full ownership of them. We also keep a copy online at an address we provide for 90 days from the purchase so you can move the site, and edits by chat stay available for those same 90 days.
"Unlimited changes" on a paid plan means the edits a business reasonably asks for. To keep the service affordable for everyone, each site has a fair-use ceiling of 200 changes a day and 600 a month; reaching it pauses the chat and opens a support thread. It never adds a charge.
The annual price covers 10 months of the monthly price. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply where you live.
3. Previews and unsolicited proposals
We may rebuild a business's website before that business asks us to, and send one email with a private link; we also build a preview for anyone who pastes the address of a website they own. A preview is a proposal, not a service you ordered, and it carries no cost and no obligation.
Every preview displays a permanent notice stating that it is a proposal, that it is not the business's official website, and that we are not affiliated with the business. Previews are not submitted to search engines.
Removal on request. If you ask us to delete a preview made for your business, we delete it and stop contacting you. Write to remove@remobuilds.com; no explanation is required.
A preview never modifies, accesses or replaces your existing website. We have no access to your hosting, your domain registrar or your email. Your current website remains untouched unless you personally choose to redirect your domain.
4. Accounts and proof of ownership
A full build is made only for the business that owns the website address. Before building we verify your email address and that the address is yours, by a code sent to a mailbox at that domain, a DNS record, a line in the current site, or an email address at the same domain. We keep the evidence of that check with the site.
You are responsible for the use of your account. We never ask for the password of your registrar, your hosting or your email.
5. Content and rights
Material used in a build is taken from sources the business itself has made public. When you create an account or purchase a plan, you confirm that you hold the rights to the photographs, text, logos and other material appearing on your existing website and listings, and you grant us permission to use that material to build and host your site.
If you notify us that any material was included in error, or that you lack rights to it, we remove it promptly. Someone else's rights are handled under our copyright policy.
On a monthly or annual plan we retain ownership of the website's code and design while your subscription is active, and you hold a license to use it. On the one-time purchase, ownership of the delivered files transfers to you on payment. Your own content, photos, text and business information, always remains yours, on every plan, and can be exported from your account at any time.
The files of a hosted site become downloadable once the rent you have paid adds up to the one-time price of $399 USD.
6. Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. The card statement shows REMOBUILDS.
- Monthly subscriptions are charged on the same day each month until canceled; annual subscriptions once a year.
- The one-time purchase is charged once. There is no recurring charge.
- Receipts are available in your account. If one is missing, write to us and we will send it.
- If a payment fails, we retry and notify you. If it remains unpaid, the site may be suspended after a reasonable notice period.
We may change prices for future billing periods with at least one month's notice sent to the email address on your account. Your existing rate is never changed retroactively.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time, from your account or by writing to hello@remobuilds.com; there is no contract and no minimum term. The first monthly payment is refundable within 30 days, the first annual payment within 30 days; the one-time purchase is a final sale. When a canceled plan ends, the site stays online for 14 more days so you can move or replace it. The full policy is on the refunds and cancellation page.
8. Your domain and your email
Your domain name remains registered in your name, in your account, at your registrar. We never take ownership or control of it. Two web records (A and CNAME) point the domain at the site. We never modify mail records (MX) ourselves; if your email depends on your old server, your account first shows one email step (a mail record and the MX) so it keeps working. You make these changes yourself, following the guide for your provider.
When you leave a hosted plan with your own domain, we keep a redirect from the address we provided to your new site for 30 days, at no charge.
9. What we ask of you
You agree not to use a site we build or host to publish unlawful content, to infringe another party's rights, to sell regulated products you are not licensed to sell, or to make claims about your business that are untrue. The acceptable use policy lists what we remove. We may suspend or remove a site that violates it, and will tell you why.
10. Availability and limits of the service
We aim to keep hosted sites available continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Hosting depends on third-party infrastructure that can fail or be interrupted for maintenance.
We make no promise that a new website will increase your sales, your search position, or the number of calls you receive. Website results depend on many factors outside our control.
Edits are made by automated software. It can misunderstand a request or make a mistake. If something comes out wrong, tell us and we correct it; every published version is saved, so a change can always be undone.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, for a violation of section 9, or if we are required to by law. Except where immediate action is required, we give notice and an opportunity to resolve the problem. If we terminate without cause, we refund any prepaid period.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to active customers at least one month before they take effect. Each version has a number and an effective date, shown at the top of this page; the version you accepted is recorded with your account.
14. Governing law
Remo is operated from MX. These terms are governed by the laws of MX, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in the place where you live.
