Version 2 · effective October 19, 2026

Remo builds previews from material a business already published, and hosts sites for their owners. If a page we serve shows your copyrighted work without permission, this is how to have it taken down.

1. Where to write

Designated agent: Remo
Email: dmca@remobuilds.com
Mail: 2000 S Main St STE 313, McAllen, TX 78503

2. What a notice needs

  • The work you say is infringed, and where we can see that it is yours.
  • The exact address of the page or file on our servers that shows it.
  • Your name, address and email, so we can reach you.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your signature, physical or electronic.

3. What we do

A preview is removed on request, without a formal notice: write to remove@remobuilds.com. For a hosted site, we remove or disable the material promptly after a complete notice, tell the site's owner what was removed and why, and give them a copy of the notice. We may restore the material if the owner sends a counter-notice and you do not file a court action within the time the law allows.

4. Counter-notice

A site owner who believes material was removed by mistake may send a counter-notice to the same agent with the material and its former address, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, their name, address and phone number, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where they live (or, outside the United States, of the courts of MX), and a signature.

5. Repeat infringers

We close the account of a customer whose site repeatedly hosts infringing material.

6. Our own material

A business's photos, text and listing information always belong to the business. The design and code of a hosted site belong to Remo while the plan is active, and to the owner after a one-time purchase, as the terms say.
